Mango Butter

In my search for high quality ingredients to use in Good Earth Body Care products,I came across Mango Butter. This lovely plant-based butter is made from the seed kernel of the mango tree. It has been used to soften the skin and protect it from the sun for thousands of years in Asia and Africa.

Mango Butter is high in essential fatty acids. This makes it a perfect choice for soothing, moisturizing and rejuvenating the skin. It has the ability to protect against UV rays and restore flexibility to skin cells.

This luscious Mango Butter is easy to work with. It is solid at room temperature and melts on contact with skin. Rich and creamy, Mango Butter can be added to creams and salves or can be used alone. It has a slight, fresh aroma and is a wonderful carrier for essentials oils and general skin pampering.

Here are a few uses for this amazing butter: treats dry skin, rashes, skin peeling, blemishes, wrinkles, itching skin, sunburn, small wounds and cracks, moisturizes tough skin, fights frost bite, prevents stretch marks, relieves insect bites, promotes healthy skin, helps muscle aches, relieves poison oak and ivy, treats eczema, dry scalp and brittle hair.

Here at Good Earth Body Care, I use this exotic butter in many products including Rose and Lavender Face Creams, Lip Balm,Sun Screen and Whipped Body Butter. Fair- traded and environmentally friendly, this highly prized plant butter is a tue gift from nature.
